So, if Groot and Groot II who frowns from one of his branches at the end of guardians of the Galaxy are two different characters, then why don’t they have separate character pages?

I only knew them from their appearances in animated shows so Imagine my surprise when they turned out to be criminals.
I'm just curious why they don't have separate pages when they are technically different characters.
Why does Groot not have two pages? James Gunn said they're two different Groots multiple times.
I haven't see anyone post about this particular topic so my apologies if they have!! but since james gunn has clarified several times that the groot from vol 2 onwards is not a regeneration of the original groot but he's actually his son, should there not be two separate groot pages? pls correct me if i'm wrong tho!! just thought it'd be an interesting topic
So I was just randomly looking at Pizza Poppa’s page because why not and I see this:
I don’t ever remember this happening, when did Groot break the fourth wall lmao
'Pizza Poppa is the second character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to break the fourth wall, after Groot.'
When did Groot break the fourth wall?
Groot was mature-looking in the “Guardians of the Galaxy” movies, but why & how was he a juvenile in the Infinity War and Endgame movies?
Who do you like better?
Personally: STAR-LORD ALL THE WAY for me. Groot sucks 😌
In Infinity War Thor ends up makinga a new wepon (his Axe) but towards the end Groot lifts it in order to make a handle for it. Wouldn't that make Groot worthy of holding the Mjolnir?1
I honestly don't know why Marvel announced this. It didn't come out this Christmas so what's the point of announcing a Holiday Special so early?
So I know Feige said that before Vol. 2 was released that they were the same but then James Gunn said on Twitter that they are different when Vol. 2 is released. I'm confused are they same or not.
Will GOTG 3 be the cast of the first two movies' final MCU project? Because, since Guardians 3 is the last one, I think that means the character arcs have to come to an end too. I know they haven't been in a lot of projects, but one of the reasons why Guardians is my favorite MCU franchise is because it feels like one on it's own. The first two movies were part of a larger story and the third one will be too, but it always felt like a separate franchise following it's own story arc. And if Guardians 3 is going to cap off a trilogy, then every character in the original team needs closure.
So I was wondering what is everyone’s fav stage of groot. I think personally I love teenage groot because he is really funny. But I wanted to see what everyone else thought
I just saw Groot’s page and it says he will be in Thor: Love and Thunder. I did not know this.
