It's called Stasis Device in wiki here. While season 5 was ongoing, there was too much to understand. I didn't have enough room in my mind to think about it. Now everything is settled and you rethink about it. It's kind of powerful and cheating.
It disabled Coulson's entire team which included 2 inhumans. If Enoch could share this item with Coulson's people, it would be a piece of cake dealing everything in the rest of their missions. I used to assume it may not work at Aliens. But really? Even Enoch himself needed some ear protector while using it. And I don't quite understand how it works. It disabled Air Force guys about a few hours when Enoch used it 2nd time to run away with Fitz and Robin. I thought it needed someone to turn it off nearby, like when Coulson's crew was sent to the future. Or its effort automatically runs dead later? But Fitz came back to normal very soon when he was left only in the restaurant. Anyway Fitz didn't even ask about it. He could learn the tech and build it for team's use.
