Daredevil: Born Again is a month away! As we embark on the Road to Born Again, with people rewatching the original show, it's the perfect time to launch the Road to Born Again Editing Event!
The event will run until 11:59 pm (EST) on March 3, 2025. Although this is being posted on February 4, 2025 (UTC/EST/PST), eligible edits created from 12:00 am (EST) of February 1, 2025 up to the end of the event will be accepted!
EDIT: The deadline was initially at the end of March 3, with the belief that "Born Again" would premiere at 12:00 am PST/3:00 am EST. However, as the show actually premieres at 6:00 pm PST/9:00 pm EST, the deadline is now end of March 4, 2025 (EST)
Users who participate in this event will need to either destub pages, or expand and/or rewrite any sections related to Daredevil, The Defenders, the finale of Hawkeye, the penultimate episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, or Echo! During this editing event, an episode of Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man containing Daredevil will also release, and destubs/expands/rewrites pertaining to event or character pages regarding that Daredevil Variant will also be eligible!
If you're unsure what a Stub page looks like, Stub pages have a green Stub template on top; click the "Article stubs" category to locate Stub pages and get to editing!
Regarding rewriting of sections, sometimes a character, episode, item and/or location page will be filled out, but poorly written. If you come across one and rewrite it to adhere to Wiki standard, you may submit those. Each accepted rewritten section will count as an expansion.
Your tasks:
*Destub 6 pages
*Expand and/or rewrite 13 sections
Note: The edits you perform need to adhere to the policies of this wiki, most importantly the Manual of Style. Edits that are undone or reverted by Staff members will not be counted towards your total. Once you have made the required edits, either post the links to them in the comments section of this Discussions post or on my (MJLogan95's) Message Wall. Alternatively, if you are on the official MCU Wiki Discord server, you may DM the links to your contributions to MJLogan95, where they will then be reviewed. Should your edits be approved, the Award will be posted to your User page!
The Road to Born Again Award will be pasted on your User page with the text: [Insert username] has been awarded the Road to Born Again Award for participating in the February 2025 Editing Event! Congratulations on a job well done!
I look forward to seeing some of you participate!

When they made plenty of them
I mean we have plenty of serious moments, dialogues, characters not to mention heartbreaking ones, but people act like it's just jokes with them and no stakes. It's annoying.
Spoilers allowed only here
If you go on Hulu for watching Echo, the episode descriptions have been released, but they have minor spoilers about the show, so if you don't want a minor spoiler mostly from EP 1 (Not huge but still spoils things), don't scroll down on the episodes on Hulu until the show comes out.
Also, (Not a problem just saying this for people who need to time) the show in total will be 3 hours and 21 minutes to watch the whole show with the titles and credits NO ADS.
Will it contain explicit language? Or will it be too violent?
Believe it or not, this is not a negative post, but it is about great dark moments in this saga.
Phase 4
WandaVision: Dead Vision Jumpscare
Falcon and Winter Soldier: blood on the shield
Loki season 1: Miss Minutes Jumpscare
What If season 1: most of the show except episode 7 honestly
Werewolf by Night: the entire concept of the special
Black Widow: the opening credits scene
No Way Home: The green goblin himself
Dr strange 2: zombie strange
Thor 4: gorr potentially like the opening
Phase 5
Gotg 3: animal cruelty and the destruction of counter earth
Loki season 2:*redacted*
Tell me if there are somehow any I missed in these installments or if they don’t count: moon knight, Ms marvel, she hulk, gotg special, Shang chi, Eternals, Wakanda forever, ant man 3 and secret invasion
Maybe the most interesting bit of news is them saying ALL the episodes for Echo will be released on November 29th.
Loki Season 2 starts on October 6th, so I think they are staying with Majors for now, unless they made some change that no leaker found out yet.
I saw something on Facebook that looked like a Marvel Studios press release although I can’t verify that it is but here’s what it says:
Secret Invasion: June
Loki Season 2: September
Echo: December
X-Men 97 is not on the list but probably because it’s not MCU core. That is rumored to be out starting in September or October
The only special that they have on the list is the Halloween one titled Mephisto Speak of the Devil (I guess it’s a play on that comic book series kinda like how Shang Chi and the Wreckage of Time is a play on that comic)
Again. I don’t have the original source nor do I even know who it came from. But I thought you would like to know
So,...Phase 4 came and went, and while I'd love to give a review of the whole, this is not the time or the place. Why we're here is instead to speculate on which characters may return from the Netflix, Hulu/Freeform and ABC shows, and where they might appear.
But before that, let's first give a couple of mentions as to how Marvel Studios connected with it's former television counterpart:
Agents of SHIELD had a few connections including the debut of Man-Thing, the appearance of Atlantis (renamed Talokan) and the return of the Darkhold
Anson Mount, Hayley At well, Dominic Cooper and Clark Gregg all reprised their respective roles as part of What If…? And Doctor Strange 2
But the biggest impact however is the one made by both Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio coming back in SM:NWH, She-Hulk and Hawkeye, with an 18 episode series to boot
Now onto the main stuff. While there are many characters who could return, just going project by project may be unproductive, so I instead think a list of characters is much better. So, I'll argue why and where we might see them. And no rumors, and just superheroes.
Luke Cage:Arguably the second highest rated show of the Netflix catalog, Luke has been the leader of the Avengers. As for where, the likeliest place is Daredevil: Born Again. Either that or maybe join Sam's new Avengers in NWO.
Nico Minoru: If Freshman Year is any indication, Marvel Studios has a liking for the character, plus Lyrica Okano just played her in Midnight Suns. The likeliest place is Agatha:Coven of Chaos right now, though Blade is my out of the box choice.
Punisher: Not only did he help Tom Holland audition for Spider-Man, but Jon Bernthal is a highlight of DD S2. So naturally, an appearance in Born Again is a guarantee, right? Or maybe a crossover in the next Spider-Man?
Colleen Wing: Jessica Henwick's star is on the rise and it would be a mistake not to have her back as the sword wielding badass. As to where, why not in Shang-Ch 2i? The actors already know each other. However the movie isn't part of this phase, so Born Again might do it.
Quake: AoS was the most viewed show for a time on Disney+ and I can't blame people for that. Daisy Johnson is a big reason I started watching it. While people have speculated her return on Secret Invasion, she could also be a part of either The Marvels or Cap 4. Time will tell. And get Yo-Yo in there too!
Ghost Rider (Reyes): Namor, Jack Russell and Marc Spector are all cool Latin American Representation, but there's one guy who did it first, and was originally brown from the start. After the cancellation of his series, Robbie deserves at least to be in either Coven of Chaos or Ironheart, just so he can fight demons this time.Or better yet, let him meet the Daywalker!
The Helstrom Siblings: To be honest, I just want a curveball prediction. Basically, having either spawn of "Satan" could be interesting in shows like Ironheart or Agatha:Coven of Chaos, though the first seems more likely given the Hood is a part of the show.
And that's all I got for now. Leave your ideas in the comments for other characters and where they could appear in Phase Five! Also, I'll do later a the Fox and SPUMC character appearances for Phase 5.
Echo is being co-produced with 20th Television. Do you think that this means we might see characters such as Thunderbird, Warpath, Mirage, or Forge? They are Native American Marvel characters who were previously owned by 20th Century Fox.
It's confirmed that Daredevil will be in Echo. How ate these two gonna interact? Daredevil is blind which means he can't understand Maya, same goes for her. He's blind, she's deaf.
