Deadpool & Wolverine

I see that the main part of D&W in which they're on Earth-10005 is said to be set in 2024, what's the evidence?

And if that's true, it can open a big can of worms, because won't there be two Wolverines in the same universe at the same time by the end of the movie, with the original 10005 Wolverine still being alive?

And so what's the point of bringing another Wolverine into the game, when Deadpool could've just sought out the original Wolverine in 2024, and, I don't know, tried to defy his death in 2029 or something? I know it sounds impossible because of "what's happened in the 'past' can't be changed", but at least the idea could've come up in the movie and then been shot down by Paradox?

And would it be true that whatever they mess up in 2024, it can't change the fate of the original Wolverine and Professor X in 2029? But if so, most of the X-Men would be dead by 2029 anyways even if Deadpool saves the universe, so why doesn't he, I don't know, persuade his friends to relocate to another universe since this one is doomed to have no X-Men in five years?

So it sounds to me that Deadpool and Paradox are both just operating under the basis that Logan's death in 2029 was a done deal rather than something that's destined to happen in the future, so it would've made a lot more sense if the movie takes place after 2029, but that'd still be problematic as there shouldn't have been so many X-Men alive by then.

So I'm really not getting the logic of this movie. Could anyone help?

Mine is how Wolverine doesn’t wear the shoulder armor when he wears the mask, promo art shows him with that and the sleeves, while the film has him sleeveless but no shoulder armor and yet concept art shows they had that planned at some point

As a post credit scene of Deadpool & Wolverine we saw just Deadpool say to the people that Johny Storm cursing out Cassandra Nova. Insted, we could see a better post credit scene which deleted: Gambit saw somebody. Who??? Maybe Doctor Strange for Avengers: Secret Wars or Professor-X from the universe which called "Binary's reality" who mentioned Beast in the Marvels.

This should be the post credit scene for the movie.

Let me explain

What makes Deadpool & Wolverine interesting is that it is the first MCU film to be a sequel to a non-MCU film, since Deadpool and Deadpool 2 were produced and made by 20th Century Fox. All MCU movies have been original and standalone. All movies and tv shows made by Marvel Studios (and Marvel Television) were set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe or in this case, set in its own "world" or "universe." This can be said for heroes such as Hulk, Daredevil, Punisher, Spider-Man and (next year) the Fantastic Four. The Incredible Hulk, Daredevil, The Punisher, Jon Watts Spider-Man trilogy and The Fantastic Four: First Steps aren't sequels or share any continuity with previous films, such as Ang Lee's Hulk, the 1989, 2004 and 2008 versions of The Punisher (and Punisher: War Zone) Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy and Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man duology and Roger Corman's, Tim Story's and Josh Trank's Fantastic Four films, but Deadpool & Wolverine isn't a reboot to the Deadpool films, it's a continuation to Fox's Deadpool films. It's crazy to think that this may be the only time Marvel Studios and Kevin Feige continue the story of a Marvel character who came from a film series that neither one of them had produced. (Yes, I know Spider-Man: No Way Home continues the story of the previous Spider-Man film series characters, but it's mostly set in the MCU) This is what makes Deadpool & Wolverine interesting.

There's also the upcoming Blade reboot set in the MCU, which is unrelated to New Line Cinema's Blade trilogy starting Welsey Snipes, but the MCU reboot is currently in development heck at the moment.

After I understand all SSU movies are connected such as Madame Web, Morbius, and Kraven The Hunter were before the events of Venom Trilogy so we hope that many previous characters like Cassandra, Julia, Anya, Mattie, Eddie, and Venom are most likey to return for Avengers: Secret Wars to help the Spider-Men and join forces with multiple heroes against Kang and Dr. Doom but we should have to wait for Venom: The Last Dance where Venom and Eddie Brock were transported back to their Earth-688 after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home until it will find out how Venom will return in the MCU with or without Eddie Brock before meeting up with MCU Spider-Man and then for Madame Web and her Spider-Women, there is chance that they could shown up again but I was concerned about Sydney Sweeney was confirmed to join the MCU known as Black Cat appearing as a new girlfriend of Spider-Man in the upcoming Spider-Man 4 at 2026 and I hope that Isabela Merced would be interested to join MCU too soon to play some new superhero characters than Anya Corazon while she was playing Hawkgirl in DCU films.

So we have many previous Marvel movies like Elektra movie had received negative reviews until 20 years later, Jennifer Garner’s Elektra was secretly return in Deadpool and Wolverine alongside with Wesley Snipes’ Blade and Dafne Keen’s X-23. We hope Madame Web, Julia, Anya, Mattie, and Morbius would have a promise return and join in the future MCU crossovers than SSU films.

I like to assemble collages of alternative front covers to the soundtracks of my favorite franchises and series; and as such, I just recently put together this one for the soundtrack to Deadpool & Wolverine by Rob Simonsen.

Neat, huh? As you can see, I included the front cover for the Deluxe Edition (which pairs the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack and the Original Score together as a double-disc product), the new front cover for the Original Score, that for the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, and the original one for the Original Score. I didn't include the one for Deadpool & Wolverine: Madonna's "Like a Prayer" E.P. since that song wasn't included in the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack or the Deluxe Edition, and especially given that extended play's release, so it wouldn't make sense. I've made several others before, I wouldn't even know where to begin if any of you had to ask me to share them with you! Most of them are more comprehensive than this one is, but I've done others that are similar in their inclusion of just four images. But other than that, there you have it.

In an interview with The Direct, Aaron Stanford confirmed that the Pyro variant we see in Deadpool & Wolverine is the same one from X2 and X-Men: The Last Stand. The TVA pruned him a short time before the events of X-Men: Days of Future Past.

This had me thinking that if the TVA pruned the original timeline's Pyro, it still exists (in my opinion). This means that only thing that was changed was Marvel Studios and 20th Century Studios swapped the reality designations for both X-Men timelines.

Since Loki, I've been under the impression that all the other universes (and I mean physical realities with an Earth, not other alternate dimensions) branched at some point in the past from the Sacred Timeline / are part of the same timeline tree as the Sacred Timeline. Most media seems to support this, up to and including Deadpool & Wolverine, with the notable exception of Quantumania, which seems to show more than one "universe ring" existing, each with its own collection of branches.

Now, many fans seem to believe that non-MCU Marvel universes are NOT part of the same tree as the Sacred Timeline, but instead existed independently of it, even existing seperately when the Sacred Timeline was still isolated. Many claim the the aforementioned visual in Quantumania as proof of this.

What is the consensus of this Wiki community on the matter of a single tree vs. a whole "forest" of trees? And if the consensus is one tree, what do we make of that visual in Quantumania? Conversely, if the consensus is a forest, how exactly does Loki then set the stage for the Multiverse Saga?

We saw that in Deadpool 3, we learned what a anchor being is. And for Deadpool's universe, his universe's anchor being was the Wolverine. So now I'm wondering, who do you guys think is the 616 Universe's anchor being?
