Chitauri

I've been looking at some MCU clips on YouTube, and I noticed that the Ultron updates feature Chitauri technology.

Much like the group of bandits in Spider-Man: Homecoming also uses an Anti Gravity Gun,produced by Tinkerer.

But Tony doesn't seem to use any of the Chitauri or their technology in any way,even in his Armors, I thought Tony would use this as a form of flight (in an auxiliary way, or completely altering the thrusters) or immobilization without injury or damage to the surroundings.

Do you guys think there is a reason for this,besides Tony simply not caring?

I remember that it was found in the remains of the Battle of New York and I never thought of the Chitauri as an intelligent species, in my opinion they were simple soldiers loyal to Thanos. So why did the Chitauri have this device, what kind of business did they have with the Confederacy?

The name Chitauri "Space" makes me assume it's in the vacuum of space, right? But we've seen countless characters (Loki, The Other, Ronan, Nebula, Thanos, etc.) in Chitauri Space, without some form of breathing equipment... So is there oxygen in this part of space? This wouldn't be a problem for me, but I remember Loki died of asphyxiation, which is the lack of oxygen, but somehow survived the LITERAL VOID when falling off the Bifrost and stayed in Chitauri SPACE for who knows how long.

I honestly don't know what I'm asking but the two main questions are;

1. If Loki can survive without oxygen (as seen at the end of Thor and the beginning of the Avengers), why did he die by suffocation?

2. Is there oxygen in Chitauri Space?

In the comics, the Skrull Empire pitted the fledgling Kree race against their planetary cohabitants, the plant-like Cotati in a competition to decide which race was worthy of their help. Unsatisfied with the Skrull's declaring the Cotati as the winner of the contest, the Kree declared the Skrulls to be their enemies, and the Kree-Skrull War began. I would love to see more about the history of both races in the MCU. (And perhaps Groot's race could be related to the Cotati.)

With the MCU flipping the script on the Skrulls, I don't see how the Secret Invasion could occur, but I wonder if the Chitauri could be used instead (if it were revealed they have shape-shifting abilites, as they do in the comics).
