She was definitely confused about how Thanos came back 5 years later after they thought they kill him on his Garden 2 planet after the Battle of Earth is over.

Why could captain marvel stand against all six infinity stones at once but not against one single infinity stone (power stone) dureing the battle of earth in endgame?
Personally, I would be interested to see a scenario that showed the main Avengers (i.e., Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, the Black Widow, Hawkeye, and the Hulk) being wiped out while the later recruits (i.e., the Falcon, War Machine, the Black Panther, Ant-Man, the Wasp, and the Scarlet Witch), were spared. Obviously, War Machine was spared, but you get my idea. ;) And with the Vision housing the Mind Stone in his brow at the time, he'd unfortunately have to be killed again in order for Thanos to get his hands on it and initiate the Snap. In addition, it would also show how the later recruits would handle looking after the world prior to their Time Heist, how they'd conduct that and the Blip, how they'd lead the Battle of Earth, and who would sacrifice themselves.
There's one member of the Black Order (a.k.a. the Children of Thanos) from comics that they didn't include, and that's Supergiant. Sure, they may have excluded her out of concern for being over-stuffed, but I think that she could've been introduced in Infinity War as the one who tried to attack the Vision as Shuri was working to extract the Mind Stone from his brow. Proxima Midnight could've acknowledged that Corvus Glaive had died after their skirmish with the Scarlet Witch and the Vision, giving Supergiant the opening to attack the Vision during the Battle of Wakanda. Later, she could've commanded the bridge on the Sanctuary II while the rest of the Black Order fought on the ground during the Battle of Earth. (But of course, that's what I would've done, anyway).
How did Captain Marvel know about Thanos' return in the Battle of Earth?
Who summoned her using the pager in the Battle of Earth?
This is Portals scene but a Disney/Pixar/Marvel Cinematic Universe/Star Wars crossover
Since there's a concept art that depicts Cassie Lang actually using a suit of her own, But it didn't happened in the actual movie. How would the 2 movies(Ant-Man and the wasp and Endgame) change if she get an similar suit like her father ?
How would Cassie interact with the Avengers

She could been confused and still help with the Avengers and their resurrected army against Thanos and his army for one final battle.
You know, it never struck my mind before, but... where is Nebula's body? Is it possible S.W.O.R.D. has her body & are using it to further their agenda?
From what we know, Vision died in 2018, and sometime between 2018-2023, S.W.O.R.D. took Vision's body and refocused from sending people to space, into developing A.I. & robotics. In that footage from episode 5 on WandaVision, it seemed like they had dismantled Vision's body into pieces to study, analyze & reverse-engineer to create sentient weapons.
Wanda has taken Vision's corpse, but what about Nebula? 2023 Nebula shot alternate 2014 Nebula in the heart, and her body was left in the Avengers HQ tunnel. It seems like after the Battle of Earth, the Avengers all went their separate ways, and the ruins of the New Avengers Facility were left as-is (it took ages to clean up Battle of New York, so these ruins aren't gonna be cleaned in 3 weeks, which is how long after Endgame that WandaVision takes place).
Our heroes just left those ruins, and I'm sure the government would wanna take a look, send guys in hazmat suits, check for any alien materials left behind. S.W.O.R.D. walks into the tunnels, sees alt. 2014 Nebula's clearly bionic body... and they would retrieve it. What if that's how SWORD continues their robotic/sentient weapon work since Vision's body has been taken? Just a though that popped into my mind that I wanted to put out there.

In a Q&A conducted by Wired, Joe and Anthony Russo hinted that Richard Rider / Nova and perhaps even Nova Corps members, were actually in the shot of all the heroes assembling against Thanos’ armies.
To be fair, there were thousands of people, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the Nova Corps were there after all. They deserved that chance to get back at Thanos.
What are your thoughts? Personally, I love this idea. It lends credence to the theory (and my personal headcanon) that Nova’s origin story is tied to the Destruction of Xandar. Plus, I’d really love to see Endgame’s final battle from Nova’s perspective as he leads Nova Corps members against Thanos, perhaps near the beginning of a Nova solo film.
Ok. So when S.H.I.E.L.D. infiltrated the Arctic HYDRA Facility during their War on HYDRA, Coulson found information on a computer about the Sceptre's location at Strucker's HYDRA Research Facility in Sokovia. He sent the info to Maria Hill who got the Avengers to storm the base, getting Strucker arrested and Stark taking the Sceptre.
Stark went on to use the Sceptre to continue Strucker's A.I. work to create Ultron, culminating in the destruction of Sokovia at Ultron's hands. This lead to the Sokovia Accords being enacted to regulate the Avengers, which was manipulated by Sokovian colonel-turned-terrorist Helmut Zemo to stage the Avengers Civil War, which fractured the team. This made them incapable of fighting Thanos as an allied force during the Infinity War, thus causing their failure and Thanos succeeding in the Decimation.
The Decimation stayed for 5 years until Scott Lang's return when the Avengers orchestrated the Time Heist to retrieve the Infinity Stones from other timelines. One timeline lead to present Nebula being intercepted by past Nebula who brought Thanos' forces from 2014 to 2023, ensuing an attack on the New Avengers Facility, which resulted in the Battle of Earth after the two armies engaged.
If Coulson didn't get that info on the Sceptre's location. No Ultron. No Ultron means no Accords. No Accords means no Civil War. No Civil War means Avengers who are capable against Thanos. Meaning no win for Thanos. Meaning no Decimation. Meaning Time Heist is irrelevant. Meaning 2014 Thanos and his army won't return. Meaning Battle of Earth doesn't happen.
And I blame Coulson.
And, by extension, Phil Coulson also caused Parker's identity to be revealed as a result of the battle between Parker and Mysterio in London since Beck's campaign would never have started if Tony never sacrificed his life during the Battle of Earth. Good job Coulson, you hurt my boy so much.
I also blame him for the repercussions FFH has on the sequel as a result of the cliffhanger.
Every event in history is built on a string of unique occurences. I'm just looking back at these events to see where they best should be taken out to prevent a domino effect.
