I've seen people blame Bucky for everything that went wrong in the MCU from Civil War onwards.
All I am gonna say is he didn't build an omnicidal AI and nobody gave up an Infinity Stone to save his sorry ass.

Wait, what?!? People blame Bucky for all of it? What the hell? First I learned that some Iron Man fans blamed Steve for everything, and now I learned some did the same with Bucky? It's like in my other post where I said people ignore Tony's flaws.
Also Strange giving the stone was all part of the plan of stopping Thanos so that had to happen to ensure their victory, but yeah creating Ultron and few other villains? Not a good look, but fans won't say a thing.
@LIGHTBRINGER10 Yup. Its quite a common POV. They take Tony's rant in Endgame as gospel and assume that if the Avengers had stayed together they'd have beaten Thanos first time around.
And of course, they blame Bucky for the Avengers not being together, say that if Steve hadn't saved him in Civil War they wouldn't have broken up etc etc.
Its total nonsense. Tony is basically the guy responsbible for breaking up the Avengers too, not Steve or Bucky. I mean who is it that Zemo hated most and wanted vengeance on the most? Tony.
As for the other: yeah I don't agree there was only one way. Even if that was the case, Strange gambled half the universe on something which only had a small chance of working. He had no right to do that.
Strange literally saw the only path which was okay, and he chose that one. If he hadn't given away the time stone, then there was not even that small chance that the people come back
@Adityathegreat He didn't though. He looked through 14 million. That's not an infinite number. Plus Thanos didn't have the Mind Stone at that point.
Giving up the TS was rank stupidity because it basically guaranteed Thanos victory and meant that nothing the others did could keep the Mind Stone out of his hands.
If he didn't have it, they could have prevented Thanos getting the Mind Stone and thus prevented the Snap in the first place.
Also, we see in Multiverse of Madness there were several ways Thanos could have been beaten. In one version of earth, Strange's variant killed Thanos himself using the Darkhold.
I mean Bucky was framed in Civil War he didn’t cause any of the problems from that movie
Only thing that caused the true rift was killing Tony’s parents
My Man, Certain Tony's Fans would rather blame Natasha for Civil War when she was trying to keep the family together the best way that she can.
They also ignore the fact that Tony put Clint's Family in danger when Clint was trying his best to hide them from the public eyes. If I was Clint, I might have actually murdered Tony right there on the spot somehow lol.

Yeah, I still blame Tony for the rift. It's not like Bucky could travel back in time and save the Starks. Now was letting Tony kill him going to achieve anything.
Other characters lost their loved ones violently but chose not to let bitterness and resentment consume them. T'Challa even found out the father he idolized lied to him about his uncle all his life. Yet he still made the right choice for the sake of his people.
Tony on the other hand chose to sulk for two years because he wasn't allowed to murder a man in revenge and couldn't even put aside his pride and ego when the world was under threat. So yeah. Tony is to blame there. Not Bucky.
I've never seen anybody blame Bucky for what happened.
What is it with the Tony and Strange hating lately? I think it's dumb.
What do you think?
