I mean it could if Marvel would want to avoid that movie

I sure Marvel and Sony knows their availability, so I don’t see that being a reason to postpone the movie. The only reason why I could see them delaying the film is if they want to it to appear between the next two Avengers, instead of before.

I personally don't think Marvel and Sony are going to delay Brand New Day. The smartest thing to do right now is make Brand New Day a prequel to Doomsday.
