Um it wasn't just black widow from even she wasn't the only female heroine from the Infinity saga I can name several other great female heroes from the Infinity that were ruined in phases 4 and 5

All these amazing characters from the Infinity saga were all ruined in in phases 4 and 5

• Wanda Maximoff aka the Scarlet Witch until she was wasted in Wandavision and Doctor Strange in multiverse of madness

• Gamora

• Mantis

• Shuri until she was the wrong choice to be the new black panther

• Pepper Potts

• Agent Peggy Carter

• Sharon Carter until she was ruined in Falcon and the Winter Soldier

• Agent Maria Hill until she was unceremoniously killed off by a skrull disguised as Nick Fury

There was only one bad female characters in the Infinity saga at least in my opinion and that's Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel, she was very badly miscast and she remains a bad character in th current phases of the mcu

And I believe in my opinion that the msheu really truly began with that very obviously forced and unplanned all female fight in the Endgame battle one of my least favorite parts of that movie though its not my least favorite part or moment from Endgame

Once again, they aren't Hard rebooting the MCU, that would be a massive mistake that would damaged the brand itself. Again, Marvel don't do Hard Reboots only Soft Reboots. Even if Feige is getting the booted (he's not btw) they are still gonna keep the same storyline from post Secret Wars only just bringing back Variants of some of the Dead characters possibly and moving the FF family to the Main Timeline. Possibly they might bring Deadpool as well.

Captain Marvel is still going to be a massive character, Kamala Khan is still gonna form The Champions, Shuri is still gonna be Black Panther until the boy is grown up to take over for her. Sam Wilson is still gonna be a Captain America. Yelena is still going to lead her team that will remain nameless (I'll think that the safest way I can say that without spoiling anything lol) . Red Guardian is still going to be a Massive Moron. Walker is still going to be not worthy to be Cap.

The Only Difference is that there's might be a New Steve Rogers, A New Tony Stark, and a New Natasha Romanoff, Maybe a New Clint Barton as well if Jeremy doesn't want to come back.

Also spidey and Deadpool lol makes this a soft reboot

When they are done they aren’t recasting

They can replace them with their successor

Miles will replace Peter

Not sure who will replace Deadpool or he doesn’t get one

If they replace with these legacy and iconic heroes with these discount versions then the reboot will fail just like the current mcu is failing they need to do a hard reboot an recast everyone including Iron Man

Soft reboot to integrate the FF and X-Men into the history of the MCU.

I'm sure a hard reboot would integrate the X-men and fantastic four along with recast for the Avengers Guardians of the Galaxy etc snd they also need to recast both the X-men and Fantastic Four again
