Iron Man and The Avengers probably won’t have to do anything with Secret Wars

You won’t really care about Doom unless they find a way to have himself revealed to look like Tony after his death which Endgame will have more of an impact

We don’t know what Spider-Man’s arc will be. The 2002 Spider-Man and the one more day arc will probably have nothing to do with Secret Wars

If you want to have a multiverse extended universe then it will be the Sam Raimi trilogy, the Amazing Spider-Man films, the Blade trilogy, Daredevil (2003), Elektra (2005), Fox’s X-Men and Fantastic Four and maybe Sony’s Spider-Man Universe and that’s it

The others will come in later if they acknowledge the others like Nicolas Cage’s Ghost Rider or Thomas Jane’s Punisher

I'm sorry but you are mad if you don't think the show that Marvel Studios is making is going to be less important then the Freaking Fox X-Men Universe theme wise, There's a reason why the theme song we heard for almost all of the X-Men characters is the X-Men 92 Theme song not the Fox X-Men Theme (which they can choose to used) If Feige would to have his way and it would make sense logically, he would want to bring back the X-Men 92/97 cast over the Fox X-Men cast due to the fact that X-Men 92/97 actually respects the comics unlike Fox universe doesn't.

There's a reason why Worst Logan is wearing the Yellow Suit from the Cartoons and Comics and not the Black Leather Suit from the Fox Series.

Anyways for theme wise, the Important 5 is probably going to be Secret Wars 2015, X-Men 92, Secret Wars 1985 (Mostly for Pete), and latest 2 films from Marvel Studios, Maybe for Secret Wars they can put in some callbacks from Endgame (Like say if Peter 1 is dying by the New Tony Stark instead of the other way around or something to do with 616/19999 Clint and New Natasha.)
