I think the official one is better.

The final version is better, but both pale in comparison to his first suit.

The Official One fits better with the Thunderbolts team then the Concept one, the Concept One is too dang Bright for a Spy Based Team lol, If it was for a Red Guardian Solo Movie, maybe it can work seeing that it's fits his character.

His first suit from Black Widow is way better than both of these.
