I hope that Marvel Studios dosen't make the same mistake that Fox did when they're trying to make Channing Tatum his Gambit film set in the Fox X-Men Universe with a bunch of Directors dropping out.

It all depends on what Marvel Studios plans to do with his character. If they plan to keep around as part of their new X-Men franchise, then it might happen. If they are moving on from him and the Fox actors, then I don’t see it happening.
Honesty, after Secret Wars they should put all of the Fox X-Men characters out to pasture and move along to someone else to play Gambit. This Timeline and series is done, move along with new voices for the MCU version of the characters and that goes for everyone except for maybe Deadpool.
I mean they can if they want to
I still wouldn’t mind seeing his version of the movie since his popularity has been growing.
If it can’t be the exact same one that Fox had in mind Marvel can come up with a new story for him
@MarvelSharky I don't think he an Fox X-Men actor since his movie never got made.
@Ghost101330 regardless of the film be made or not, his cameo in Deadpool and Wolverine was in reference to the cancel Gambit film with FOX. It is why he appeared on a Comic Con panel with a bunch of other Fox X-Men actors, a long time ago.
Hopefully . Or if a Deadpool 4 is ever made, he would be in that
I hope not. I enjoyed him as Gambit in D&W but I want a clean slate for the X-Men after Secret Wars
I'm okay f he just in the rebooted MCU X-Men movies after the Multiverse Saga and they don't give him any solo films if they don't want to repeat the same mistakes back when Fox had the X-Men film IP rights.
He was never right for the part anyway. Gambit is lean and charming. Tatum is thuggish and dim.
Channing Tatum had so much love for the role, and it was such a bummer watching that solo Gambit movie fall apart over and over back in the Fox days. Directors dropping out like musical chairs — it was cursed, I swear. Now that the X-Men are creeping into the MCU, I could see Marvel giving him a shot post-Multiverse Saga when they’ve got more room to experiment with standalone stuff. But it’s gonna depend on whether they want to stick with fresh faces or go all in on that multiversal fan service. Either way, I just hope Gambit gets his due. Cool power, cool backstory, cool accent — he deserves more than a 5-second cameo and a deck of glowing cards.
What do you think?
