If anything I have been fighting for them to be canon more then YFNSM (Prior to the Uatu sighting in the series.). I just don't want Cartoon characters in my Live Action movie with Doomsday and Secret Wars.

@ThePinkNinja616 Well I'd have to disagree there. It's definitely fair to say that the MCU's multiverse is a different one than the one we've seen before. A lot of the new elements being introduced are incompatible with old ones, like the MCU being Earth-616. That being said, I think X-Men '97 is only concretely part of the multiverse if we can confirm that the Uatu in '97 is the same one as in What If...?
