is X-Men '97 part of the Multiverse - because of What if?

So the same actress that voices Storm in X-Men '97 also voiced her in What if? is it the same Storm?

Does that mean the X-Men cartoon is part of the MCU Multiverse - making the MCAU (Marvel Comics Animated Universe) part of the larger MCU

Technically speaking everything Marvel has put out (comics, television, films) is probably somewhere in the multiverse

It's also uatu in the show ?
