Want personally: Kingpin, Scorpion, and Mr. Negative. Black Cat ain't a villain, she's a anti-hero and there are rumors that Sony is planning on using her for their next SSU film so's she probably out anyways.

Who are we going to get cause of Sony: Probably some sorta Multiverse Villain that makes zero sense for a first film in a story like Knull or another Green Goblin Variant.
