I cant really say any of those but I would like to see age of apocalypse or the one where they go up in space and its like the one where they go up in space and meet those space heroes made of many aliens including gladiator and like cyclops dad is up there and dark Phoenix shows up and I think there is a villain called d'ken, I don't know what the actual story is called.
Going straight into either the Dark Phoenix or the X-Men vs the Avengers storyline would be a massive mistake that Marvel simply can't do with the X-Men team as the first storyline. Save those for Later Arcs and focus more on the Human vs Mutant side of the storyline that X-men is famous for.
For Dark Phoenix you're killing a major character in Jean in your first arc which would ruin the team
For X-Men vs Avengers, you are literary turning the X-Men, the group of heroes who you want fans to root for Heel in the story (Most specifically Scott Summers himself). It's a story that should be save for must later on in a later saga.
