In a ideal world that Disney/Marvel gets their way, it should be Daredevil with Fisk and Scorpion as the main villains.

However, Since we all know that Sony has to have their precious Multiverse Film again, it's unfortunately probably just going to be the The two Other Spideys and some sorta Multiversial Sony Villain.

If they do the multiverse film with Tobey and Andrew again depending on what happens with Beyond the Spider-Verse they can slam The Spot, Miles and Gwen from that movie into with Tom, Tobey and Andrew

The Spider-Verse characters aren't apart of the MCU right now multiverse no matter what Sony Might Said, if anything they are going to collided with the MCU Spider-Man Animated series character later down the road in their own version of Secret Wars.

I highly doubt there would be any, since 1). No one knows Peter Parker anymore, and 2). Spider-Man isn't just some teenager anymore.
