If you try to go from Season 2 to Season 3 and skip Defenders, you will be very confused at the beginning of Season 3.

(And you've probably already seen Spider-Man: No Way Home.)

Those are the only shows you need to watch for Matt's and Kingpin characters. You don't have to really watch She-Hulk as that Version of Matt's was made with a different Story in mind if you don't cared about Matt's Love life.

Daredevil, The Defenders, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Hawkeye, Echo, The Punisher, and She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

If you are going to watch Echo, then mind as well watch Hawkeye too.

@Justaguy31 if you are trying to prepare for the new Daredevil show, don’t worry about the other Netflix shows for now, just see them as a prequel to Defenders if you watch them later.  

Don't watch Echo, Hawkeye, She-Hulk, or Spider-Man: No Way Home, they're just gonna waste your time. All you need to know from those shows is that Daredevil has met Maya and fought her, he's met She-Hulk and they hooked up, and he was Peter's lawyer and got him acquitted for the charge of killing Mysterio. Other than that, watch these shows:

Daredevil S1 and 2

OPTIONAL: Defenders

OPTIONAL: The Punisher S1

Daredevil S3

OPTIONAL: The Punisher S2
