@Justaguy31 if you are trying to prepare for the new Daredevil show, don’t worry about the other Netflix shows for now, just see them as a prequel to Defenders if you watch them later.  

Don't watch Echo, Hawkeye, She-Hulk, or Spider-Man: No Way Home, they're just gonna waste your time. All you need to know from those shows is that Daredevil has met Maya and fought her, he's met She-Hulk and they hooked up, and he was Peter's lawyer and got him acquitted for the charge of killing Mysterio. Other than that, watch these shows:

Daredevil S1 and 2

OPTIONAL: Defenders

OPTIONAL: The Punisher S1

Daredevil S3

OPTIONAL: The Punisher S2

If you choose to skip Defenders, know that the climax is that Matt got buried when a building collapsed on him, but he makes it out. That's why the beginning of S3 starts how it starts.

Watching The Punisher season 1 is a must since it's heavily tied to events from DD s2. It resolves the story started in DD. Plus Karen's in it. And Frank plays a role in the story of Born Again
