With symbiote maybe just maybe. I think that if anything, Mysterio fits the roster better because he is a supervillain using illusions and sfx to fake heroism. Joining the thunderbolts would be a productive way of filling his hero syndrome.

@IronWidowMaikuB only ones you mentioned that are actual anti-heroes are Melina and maybe Moon Knight, and even then, MCU Moon Knight is more on the hero side than the anti-hero side. Also the last thing this roster needs is yet another Black Widow. As for Daredevil and Jessica Jones, they are clear cut heroes. Vigilante ≠ anti-hero. And as for Wanda, she has gone full on villain.
