This is going to sound so weird, but I'm hoping an Eagle-eyed fan might be able to help me. I can't remember if it was a Marvel Movie or an episode of Agents of SHIELD (knowing my luck it could even be from one of the LEGO Games), but I have been trying so hard to find this flag with the SHIELD logo for so long (with no luck) that I am starting to go crazy...

I know there is a flag with Gonzales' logo and another with the logo of the SHIELD Academy of Sci-Tech, but does anyone know if there was a black or grey flag with the "modern" Second Insignia and where I can find it... I'm picturing it either on a wall or outside a SHIELD Base, but I can not remember where (or even if) I saw it...

It's 100% possible I'm just imagining this flag or thinking of the dark blue banners that hung in the JDEM Facility (Avengers), but I'm hoping someone might know what I'm talking about before I give up...
