T'Challa died offscreen sometime before Black Panther 2, specifically to avoid recasting him, so I'm gonna say that's probably the end of MCU T'Challa

They aren't going to recast T'Challa, however, his son is alive due to the post-credit scene of Wakanda Forever. If they do recast a certain character for Black Panther, it would be T'Challa's son.

That T’Challa will remain dead, but with the multiverse getting out of control, there is a possible variant of him that could be introduce. I’m guessing if we do get a Black Panther III, it be after Secret Wars.

Both movies were great

There were rumors about a recast but that was already debunked of not happening

So do expect a variant of T’Challa to show up

Plus the son of T’Challa exists so there isn’t a point of a recast

As for Black Panther III probably after Secret Wars unless Ryan is ready to start
