To me it would be Captain Marvel and Ironheart. With Carol I feel it's only the result of Brie Larson hate which is also tiresome, what did she even say exactly for people to be pissed about it for almost 6 years?

Monica Rambeau (I swear to Ra, people based their whole opinion on her only on two "bad" lines in Wandavison and not actually listening to what She is saying)
Taskmaster (I get it, Masters fanboys you want your boy Tony Masters back, you're don't have to mention that every single time someone brings up Antonia, Also as a side, can we get give her at least 2 movies before we based her entire personality on a film that she spent most of the time Brainwashed throughout it.)
Steve Rogers (Mostly from Civil War, Civil War happens like almost 10 years ago Tony FanBoys, Get over the deaths of two characters that let's be honest you never actually cared about in the first place, also actually watch Winter Solider)
Kamala Khan (Good Lord, the Peter Parker Fanboys who complained about her are massive hypocrites. Peter Parker was the same exact way when he was Kamala age.)
Kate Bishop (How exactly is she a Mary-Sue and someone like Tony Stark isn't? Please Tell me)

Agreed Captain Marvel gets the most hate

Captain Marvel - She's just boring, admittedly she didn't have much development in the comics but she felt like a character, Captain Marvel feels like Brie Larson. I like Brie a lot, but it's sort of how I feel about Iron Man (who is overrated), he's not a character, he's RDJ.
Agatha Harkness - I get a lot of people like her, but I don't see the appeal. People are saying Agatha was the best part of WandaVision, but everyone knows the best part of that series was Wanda herself.
Bucky Barnes - He's only interesting when he's being brainwashed, otherwise he's just another friend of Steve Rogers. Sam Wilson is more of a friend to Steve at this point. I'm so glad Bucky Boring Barnes didn't get the shield. Much more excited to see Captain America 4 than Thunderbolts.
Kamala Khan - Boring and they made her a Mutant when she could've been the first chance to revive the Inhumans after that dog water series, but instead she's a discount Dazzler and Mr. Fantastic with a boring show.
Yelena Belova and Red Guardian - Both boring and unfunny, this sucks because I really like Florence Pugh and David Harbour but they are an incredibly irritating presence on screen and lack charisma or wit.
Captain Carter - Do I even have to explain this?
Deadpool - I don't think Ryan Reynolds is very funny, he's always been a hit or miss type of person, but they went overboard with the Deadpool & Wolverine hype. I thought X-Men fans were wilding with their ass worship of Wolverine, but that is when I ventured into the world of Deadpool and Ryan Reynolds fans.
I think you missed the point of this post. The question was which character hate you feel is forced and tiresome not which character you hate
They all feel forced, I don't like Tom Holland's Spider-Man, but he doesn't feel forced.
