I know that Andrew Garfield Spider Man films weren't that great like Tobey and Tom trilogy. Plus it be the 3rd Spider Man film he directs and 1st one he makes from Marvel Studios.
I'm not super knowledgeable on how well the TASM films did, but considering that the third one was canceled due to negative reviews and uninterest, I'd say no. Plus like Optimus said, Cretton is already attached to direct Spider-Man 4.
It's possible. However, now that there are fans who are campaigning for the release of The Amazing Spider-Man 3, he might be better-suited to work on that one again instead. (B.t.w., I'm one of those who are advocating for that film's release, and I personally think that they're really under-appreciated gems, but that's just me).
