They are canon, always have been. They're just not mentioned too often by the rest of the MCU. Agent Carter is the only one to have concrete connections to the mainline MCU (Jarvis in Endgame, and What If...? S3 E2), but then that show directly ties in to Agents of SHIELD, which also connects to Inhumans, so it's all tied together somehow

They are supposed to be but they just haven't been added to the Disney+ timeline

I hope Agents of SHIELD, Inhumans, Agent Carter, Cloak & Dagger, Runaways and Helstrom gets a re-confirmation they are canon

I mean it's like The Defenders Saga for a while it was never clear if they were until Echo was released and then they made The Defenders Saga re-canon so it will be with other Pre-Disney+ shows whenever they wish to announce it/find a way to fit into the Disney+ timeline order

Yes it is, Through the entire of Phase 4, Agents of Shield was mention non-stop in Easter Eggs, Just cause they aren't on the Disney+ Timeline doesn't meant they aren't Canon, it's just impossible to put them in the spot in the timeline as a whole unlike something like Daredevil or Jessica Jones when you can easy fit into the Timeline easily.
