As Peter Parker, he's in college.

As Spider-Man, he's a vigilante protecting New York.

Probably either getting ready for College or in College depending on when Spider-Man 4 is exactly is at in the timeline as Peter.

As Spidey, still being the friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man we know from prior to Civil War protecting Queens and the rest of NYC.

We are now heading to 2027. If they want Peter to start at college, they have to place the film in 2025, and be careful to other movies or shows placed in 2025, so they don't contradict...

If they want to move further and go to 2027, they have to explain that Peter has been in college for almost 2 years, and tell us what he's been doing since we last saw him.

Well since the end of No Way Home was in fall of 2024, it would actually be three years in college, or five semesters depending on when in 2027 they place the film.

In all honesty, Peter can just be doing what he did prior to joining the MCU in 2016 and it would still have make sense in 2028, just have him be anonymous and take out the crooks and the small timers like that, we don't have to see it.

Plus, the only thing we need to know is where exactly Peter's goes to College right now cause he's probably not at any of the majors one. He can probably joined like Empire State university, his college in the Spider-Man PS4 Games, it's pretty small and can fix his price-tag.
