We don't know if Ghost and Tasky are going to made it out of Thunderbolts* alive or not unlike the rest of the cast where we know for sure that's they are going to made it to Doomsday.

We don't know if they are in it or not, for all we know that "...and More" could easily just be the Multiverse Characters and the old OG Avengers or some Marvel TV characters. The only characters we know for sure are the 4 that was announced, RDJ, and FF.
