Spider man, mostly, but probably not the others. And we probably wouldn't have gotten the Russo Brothers back to direct the next two Avengers movies

Not a lot would change just have The Kang Dynasty movie 🎥 🍿

It was originally stated that the Fantastic Four wasn’t going to be The Kang Dynasty

But that’s when Michael Waldron was still involved

However if they didn’t change The Kang Dynasty to Doomsday I could have seen the Fantastic Four appear

Thunderbolts maybe just Bucky and Yelena not sure about the others

And Spider-Man yes

Umm spider man would be in it in fact all three cause of this anchor being idea lol

1. Spider-Man=Yes, he was supposed to be the Anchor Point for the 616/19999 timeline for some reason.

2. FF Family= No for some odd reason I would never understand for.

3. Thunderbolts= Some might have, Yelena and Bucky would probably have show up for a little bit.

Honesty, I'll think that all of other the major New Avengers and new Varaints of the OG Avengers would have show up in a Cameo to set up the Secret Wars Storyline as like a mid-Credit Scene or something, We Might have seen Monica and Beast to be on the team with the 3 Spideys and Logan/Deadpool as well.

Spidey and the Fantastic Four for sure, I don't know about the Thunderbolts though.
