If the Wolverine of Earth-10005(B) is an Anchor Being, that would imply that had something to do with the Nexus event that created that branched reality.
What do you think was Wolverine’s nexus event?

His reality isn't branched.
It's not the fact that this Logan had something to do with the Nexus event, it's the fact for some reason in the 10005 universe they needed a Logan to survived.
How do you know that?
Because it's the Fox X-Men universe. It's not an AU like the ones from What If...? where there are specific PODs.
Is there any evidence that it’s not a branched reality? Because so far we have no evidence that there are non branched universes. No MCU project has ever stated that there are alternate universes that are not branches on Loki’s tree.
We take it as a Marvel Legacy universe, meaning there was no relation between it and the main universe in the MCU. It's why the Marvel Legacy template does not include "The subject of this article comes from an alternate universe connecting to the main timeline of the Marvel Cinematic Universe" like the AU template does.
I’m sure you treat it as such but what does the MCU say about it? The MCU has established that Loki’s tree is the Multiverse and the branches of that tree came into existence by branching off of 616. There’s nothing that has been explicitly stated in any MCU that has established the idea of branched vs non branched universes being apart of Loki’s tree.
I’m think that all of the "Marvel Legacy" Universes as well as the infinite parallel realities of those worlds are part of the larger branches of the MCU’s Multiverse that Loki weaved into the World Tree.
And if they are part of a different tree (which is not my favorite theory), they are still technically part of the MCU Omniverse!
