unless I am mistaken, "removing" any timeline would cause respective timeline to become like the main timeline. also unless I am mistaken, the differences would be sent to the Void. if so, main universe's Natasha would probably still be dead.

a Time Stone (or more specifically any device equipped with a Time Stone) might be the only way to bring back main universe's Natasha. though not sure if any character would ever attempt it.

Banner or Strange would have to be at the very spot that Nat died at in order to bring her back with the Time Stone.

The issue comes from the fact that the Infinity Stones don't work out of there own universes so Banner couldn't use the 2012 Timeline Time Stone he got from Ancient One, he would have to go to whoever had it during 2014 and use it and then put it back exactly where it's belong in the timeline. That's the reason why Banner couldn't bring back Nat with the Snap.

I don’t think you understand what the TVA does or did. They aren’t about undoing a death. Endgame and Loki show explained why things weren’t undone and the Avengers were allowed to time travel and undo the snap by Thanos.
