Sad the two of them just died and not really having a bigger role to play
Their Deaths are fine, we don't need everyone to survive to the final battle and honesty we kinda didn't need any of the FF teams for Doomsday and Secret Wars, they aren't very important characters, the MCU variants are.
Heroes in Stories died all the time, We Saw it in Endgame, if heroes don't died we are going to have the comic problem of never moving the story along or repeated the same plotlines over and over again and nobody wants that. That Style doesn't work for Movies, it only works for the Comics or Cartoons.
MCU hasn't present well the Fantastic Four.
I liked their deaths. Along with the other superheroes that we saw and heard about being killed, they helped establish just how powerful Wanda and Cassandra were and how big of a threat they posed.
Sad to see John Krasinski's Mr. Fantastic is killed by Scarlet Witch and Chris Evans's Human Torch got himself killed by Cassandra Nova when Deadpool is falsely accused for getting him killed.
838's Mr. Fantastic dying makes sense, but Human Torch from the 2000's Fantastic Four films is not only brutal, but it's kinda hilarious. Johnny literally cursed Cassandra out and then Deadpool told on Johnny.
I think Deadpool’s is better cause we know even though so far it’s the best made verison on film that’s not saying much @IronWidowMaikuB and also unlike Dr strange 2, most of the big cameos survived meaning they can live up to the big avengers films
The Johnny Storm one was disturbing but kind of funny, it was more dark humor if anything
The Human Torches death was nothing short of stupid and he deserved better. But because its a DP movie you can say it fits the tone of his films.
Mr. Fantastics death was disappointing but it felt more intense. In both cases these heros could have made a better impression with more screen time. Characters dont always have to die in 3 seconds. Goofy should have its limits.
What do you think?
