Also I Swear you ain't getting this at all, my Problem with the whole is 60 Major characters with full story arcs not 60 characters in general. You kinda need to set Secret Wars story up with small Cameos to set up their storyline like what happen in Deadpool and Wolverine.

Unless they're gonna take a page out of the What If...? and have Tony and Doom switch bodies, it's Victor like the Russo Brothers explicitly stated. This is just another one of those situation like Chris Evans portraying Human Torch and Steve Rogers, Michael B. Jordan portraying Human Torch and Killmonger, etc.

He’s still played by RDJ though. Even if he’s not called Tony he’s definitely gonna be a variant of him. Like how in The Flash tv series some variants have different names and identities from their counterparts. For example, Henry Allen of earth-1, Jay Garrick of earth-3, and Barry Allen of earth-90 all look the same and are counterparts of eachother.
