Some people are acting like Loki Season 2 said that Kangs are no longer a threat and that they don't have to worry about them, even though TVA literally looks for them at the end.

That's what I'm wondering too.
They probably not saying that the stronger Kangs like the three we saw in Ant-Man 3 aren't a threat, it's probably just the weaker ones like Exiled Kang and those no name Kangs Clones.
My only assumption is with Jonathan Majors not a part of the MCU, I think Marvel was moving away from them despite them being around
There’s this new YouTuber called a bit of everything who’s doing marvel breakdowns and Coverages and theories about the Multiverse. Since Loki takes place out of the sacred timeline, but chronologically Season one takes place after avengers endgame And season 2 Takes place around the time of the marvels, The events of season one through seasons two episode five happen back to back But since we flashed forward centuries later in episode six, that would wind up being only a couple of years to the MCU timeline. (A couple centuries: Outside of time / in universe 616: 3 years) Maybe the council of Kangs disintegrated or just moved away or (something that I hope will be explained later🤞🏻), When Loki Took it upon himself to hold all of the branches and let the Multiverse grow.
And obviously the Multiverse is still gonna go out of control and die soon, But the Multiverse events that happened between avengers endgame/loki to the marvels Have been chaotic for one reason. And where I’m going with this is that it means that every Multiverseal Incursion or tear in time that we’ve seen (Spider-Man no way home, ms marvels time traveling due to the bangle, maybe even she hulk breaking the fourth wall and breaking out of Disney+, the marvels other universe) up until the marvels, Happened before Loki took the branches himself, and it was the Loki season one finale that caused The spell in no way home to go wrong And it also enabled Wanda maximoff, and Doctor Strange to dream walk to different universes Multiverse of madness
But again, as far as the kangs go, I hope they either just recast the character of Kang With a different actor or maybe they could hopefully find a way for a different variant of that character to just kill them all off without it being just a lazy writing move to get rid of them
Probably because they haven't done a good job of setting Kang up as an intimidating threat, it has given people the idea that the Kangs in general aren't much of a force to be reckoned with. To be honest, I'm surprised that How It Should Have Ended haven't put out a video for Secret Invasion where G'iah shows up at the place where the Kangs meet and then beats the crap out of them all.
Lol that’s crazy. But yeah I agree too and since marvel studios is learning from their mistakes with focusing more all quality and more of their stronger franchises, I’m sure they’ll find a way to make the storylines feel more balanced and cohesive when it comes to Kang or just any big villain like him
What do you think?
