I think that would be awesome to see in Avengers5. After all, in addition to being a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, she's also fought alongside Earth's Mightiest Heroes in the comics under said code name.

about being a SHIELD agent; she and Lance Hunter resigned in season 3.
about 5th Avengers; I imagine that it and 6th Avengers would only have characters that appeared in (and survived) previously released productions of Phases 4 through 6. at least the movies of those Phases; maybe also the shows.
She was called something like "S.H.I.E.L.D" Mockingbird" in one of the episodes of AOS.
Even if she's and Hunter still retired, Coulson and Mack still considers her a Member of the team and a S.H.I.E.L.D Agent just like Laura is still consider a S.H.I.E.L.D agent even though she has been retired for like almost 20+ years now
Characters debuted and or return all the time during the Avengers Films, We saw it in AOU with the Twins and Carol Danvers in infinity War, Now, Granted Bobbi might not come into the picture because She's A Mostly Street based hero and let's be honest those are going to be pretty useless against the big bad of Secret Wars no Matter if's it Kang, Doom, Beyonder, Immortus, Whoever lol but someone like Daisy has a great shot of showing up in either Secret Wars or more preferably Avengers 5.
