^Feige literally said on the podcast that it's in a different universe. This is the Multiverse Saga, so it's not really surprising. Maybe they just couldn't figure out a way to have the Fantastic Four fit into this universe they have built and if so the same is probably true of the X-Men.

I really want Fantastic 4 to be in the same universe. In my opinion another Fantastic 4 movie in another universe like the previous two doesn't make sense. I know the plot will be something we haven't seen before but it doesn't make much sense for Marvel to release a movie that isn't in the same universe. What happened in Moon Knight was a disappointment because it turned out that the eponymous hero was not set in the same universe or even existed. It should also be done in Fantastic 4... it's a Multiverse Saga but I think the events got out..

I expect the team will be in the main universe by the end of the movie.

2. Once again this is the Multiverse Saga not just the 616/199999 Saga. We need other universes to die in Secret Wars, the main event that every thing is leading up too. The FF characters are going to come to the main universe eventually either by the end of this Film or most likely due to a Incursion by this universe and the 616/19999 universe in either Avengers 5 or Secret Wars.

That’s an idea - they can’t save their own Earth from Big G but regroup in 199999 to fight another day, or another menace.

Also, it doesn't have mentioned that the movie, Secret Wars will be like the original. Maybe but it doesn't mentioned anywhere yet.

Anyone feel this alt. universe 1960s, will have advance tech, akin to the mid 20th century's pop culture ideas, of technology in the future?
