I think they are just going to recast the character and nothing happens

I mean in the Arrowverse whenever they had to recast a character they would have to explain why they look different, but in Superman & Lois when Jonathan was recasted in the third season the show didn’t explain why Jonathan looked different so they just went on like nothing happened. It’s going to be the same when Rhodey and Bruce got recasted nothing happened. We don’t need to make a big deal if someone is recasted that just draws the attention away from the rest of the story

Kang was kind of a very low energy villain anyway. He wasn't as exciting as someone like Thanos or Ultron, I wish they used Mephisto instead

from what I recall, recastings in any franchise hardly ever have an in-universe explanation.

I recall pretty much one exception to that; the Time Lords in Doctor Who.

Hulk and War Machine were both recasted and neither of the replacements looked anything like the old actors (I hated the hulk recast). So I think they could go with someone who looks nothing like john majors but also can bring the same energy to the character.

Kang isn't blue. In both the comics and the MCU, it's a mask.

about comics; went to the Marvel fandom and looked at the page that links to all versions of Kang. multiple ones in the comic section had blue skin.

And then you are wrong. Again, it's a mask. He's historically either taken it off or retracted it like in the MCU.

@Mdsb759 a simple internet search would have told you the mask and suit he wears to give himself more protection. Is there a Kang variant out there with real blue skin? Maybe, but the Kang the Conqueror always wore his armor and suit with the blue mask. His tech was advanced, which included his mask.

@Mistic-Instinct in all the comic appearances the main Kang is just a normal looking dude that wears a mask with a blue tint. When he takes it off he's just a guy, often with a beard. When he first took his mask off in a comic he was a pasty bald dude.
