While the Venom tease at the end of No Way Home kinda upset a lot of fans but at least one of Marvel’s Phases post/end credit scene got resolved instead of being forgotten about

Knowing Sony, I wouldn't be near shocked/surprised if they retconned that scene

It's the bar of Venom's universe. The bartender has longer hair, and there's no way this would actually make sense come on. We have a multiverse. Sony is just messing with us.

I'm hoping this is Venom's third spawn. Basically he left a symbiote in the MCU and when he was back in his own universe he spawned another one.

Also I think I know why they released the trailer on June 3, remember spider-Mondays yall, it had ended in the us with no way home on guess what June 3

But something dawned on me after reading something online

This can be 100% false but there is some fact to it

This scene has to be a misdirection not No Way Home doing a misdirection

Here is my claim

As far as we know Chiwetel Ejiofor's character in this movie has no knowledge that the multiverse exists yet alone know that Eddie and Venom made it to Earth-616.

It begs the question how does Chiwetel gets to Earth-616 because Sony hasn't introduce the concept of magic or any other means to multiverse travel

Yes we saw Eddie and Venom as well as Vulture jumping universes but that's because magic was involved

Unless this movie shows us how Chiwetel's character makes it to Earth-616 this would be a misdirection scene and for the two people behind Chiwetel's character would be backup probably not magical people being able to travel the multiverse.

This is why I think that this scene was to trick us into believing the Venom symbiote was taken from that scene when it's still there

Again I can be wrong about this but there is something odd about that scene
