1. The Cast is probably still going to be big as Endgame just in different ways, The Main Avengers Team that we will follow probably won't be as big as Infinity War Avengers team but they will probably be 10 to 15 Avengers Max. But they won't be as small as the OG Avenger Team.

2. However, the other Major characters for Secret Wars (The OG Avengers, Monica/Binary Maria/Beast/the rest of that universe, FF, ETC, The Thunderbolts, Maybe the New Guardians and 838 Heroes, Deadpool/Logan, etc) might Cameo to set up Secret Wars in small scenes.

3. Kang Dynasty is Secret Wars Part 1 just like how Endgame was basically Infinity War part 2.

4. Kang Dynasty is probably mostly focus on the 616/199999 universe while Secret Wars is going to be big massive Multiverse event.

Currently, things are suggesting the cast won't be as big as Infinity War or Endgame, and the likelihood of them keeping the TKD subtitle has increased compared to a few months ago. It also looks like filming could start early next year (2025).

I wouldn't go so far as to call it Secret Wars Part 1. They're different films.

So their supposed original plan is that they were never back to back?

I feel like the biggest thing they are dealing with is what story they are going to tell next. Since it seems like whatever story they had for The Kang Dynasty is no longer being told they have to figure out what story they should tell instead

Second is finding a director since they still don’t have one

Third I guess is to either recast Kang or find a new villain

from what I recall of previous movies titled Avengers, heroes featured in the previous movies were included.

currently not entirely sure, but possibly similar with 5th and 6th Avengers; the heroes that died probably be one exception.
