If Uata ever does show up in live action, he would be a CGI character, so he would need to be brought to life through motion capture.

I'm betting on The Fantastic Four, since it's been leaked that they'll visit the Blue Side of the Moon. He also first appeared in a Fantastic Four comic.

Secret Wars is about the multiverse so he could show up there

Not sure what Avengers 5 is so I guess it depends on what story they tell and if the multiverse isn’t involved then he won’t be there

Afaik, he is in The Fantastic Four watching as they fight Galactus.

I don't know, I feel like the Watcher is one of those characters who works better animated then in live-action.
