As a Mexican person myself, I believe that a Danish actor, who is known for playing many psychopathic antagonists in the past, could be a fitting casting. Also instead of colonization, Commander Kraken could represent piracy.

Thanks for correcting me. I stand by the colonization argument, that history needs to be addressed at least once. The MCU has been accidentally pro-colonization in the original Black Panther movie.
