What if Alexander the Great didn't turn on Ammit?
Alexander would continue to conquer more of the world. His enemies would consist of Moon Knight, Scarlet Scarab, Black Panther, other avatars, the Hand, the Ten-Rings, the Ancient One, the Eternals, the Black Knight, the Iron Fist, and maybe HYDRA.
What if the High Evolutionary was at Pet Palace?
It starts with Thor entering Pet Palace to find a horse. Inside is also the High Evolutionary, looking for new test subjects. The High Evolutionary recognizes that Thor is an Asgardian and is interested in learning about Asgardian evolution. The High Evolutionary offers Thor a ride back to Asgard on his ship.
On Asgard, Thor shows the High Evolutionary Sleipnir, Riding Cats, and Bilgesnipes. Thor leaves to talk to Odin about his banishment. A bilgesnipe escapes on the High Evolutionary. He tracks it to Odin's vault. There, he comes across the Tablet of Life and Time. He steals the formula and uses it on himself.
He finds Thor and offers to take him back to Earth to try and recover his hammer. He also doesn't want to be caught with the stolen formula.
Back on Earth He begins to evolve and as he gains his godly powers, he is accidently destroying the town. SHIELD responds since they are there for the hammer. He is too strong Iron Man and War Machine are called in.
Odin finds out what happens and sends Sif, the Warriors Three, Loki, and even Balder to fight.
He is still too strong, so Odin contacts the other gods for aid.
First to appear through the bifrost are Black Panther, Moon Knight (Arthur Harrow), and M'Baku (empowered by Hanuman). Other avatars could follow.
He then starts growing in size. Eventually he is punched in the face by Ikaris, who brought the other Eternals (he could prevent the birth of Tiamut with his experiments).
The gods of Omnipotence City eventually show up and fight.
Odin contemplates freeing Hela to fight but doesn't.
One of the gods yells about finding the Necrosword, but is crushed before he can finish.
Odin goes to fight, eventually pulling out the the Tesseract , crushing it, and placing the Space Stone in his Infinity Gauntlet. He fights and loses.
The Ancient One and the Masters of the Mystic Arts show up for the birth of a new god is a threat to reality.
Eventually the High Evolutionary grows until he enters a version of Overspace from the comics. There he is confronted by Those Who Sit Above in Shadow.
One ending is that Those Who Sit Above in Shadow remark how they haven't had visitors and that its too bad it wont be for long and the High Evolutionary dies because he cannot handle the power.
Another is Those Who Sit Above in Shadow fight the High Evolutionary because they don't want to share their power with a false god. He is depowered, sent back to Earth, and taken by the Asgardians. The High evolutionary wakes up inside a cage surrounded by Balder, Sif, and the Warriors Three. It is revealed the Asgardians deemed him too dangerous to be kept in one of their prisons and they are offering him to the Collector, however when the Collector expresses interest, the Grandmaster chimes in and says he'd be a great contender for his Contest of Champions.
What if the eternals interfered
What if ramonda never died
Strange never casted a spell for Peter
Monica never got trapped in the x men verse
@BabyBomber Nice scenario for Homecoming.
@RudeKaizerPrime Hydra is nowhere near that old. Wouldn’t be a good idea to make them the good guys either. Pretty good scenario for the High Evolutionary.
Ultron and Kang the Conqueror team up
@Superbattleshipyamato For HYDRA, I was going off the fact that in Agents of SHIELD they establish Hive had a cult following when he was on Earth. He was created about 5,000 years ago and Alexander the Great died about 2,300 years ago, so his cult which would become HYDRA most likely existed. Maybe it was a different organization before reforming into HYDRA. Also they wouldn't be good guys, they would be villains that don't want another villain taking over the world. I just thought it would be a cool twist ending that HYDRA wouldn't be revealed until the end. Alexander would get poisoned by one of his subjects, who would then whisper Hail HYDRA to him. But that was just one ending i thought of.
What If... the Main Avengers Were Wiped Out and the Later Recruits were spared?
@RudeKaizerPrime Hydra was actually the science/research branch of the Nazi party and eventually grew so powerful that they became their own thing.
So there’s no way Hydra could’ve existed. Maybe that Hive group you’re referring go
What If... Pietro Survived?
What if Pietro is as Fast as Marvel's Hermes
What If the Invaders Assembled?
• Similar to Captain Carter’s Universe, Steve recovers the Tesseract and saves the 107th Infantry earlier halting Red Skull’s plans to summon otherworldly creatures for his army.
• He’s approached by Claire Voyant who claims she knows another way to access other dimensions, leading to a Hydra Base/Prison being built on a Ley Line as well as a machine designed to open rifts. Using her power Claire attempts to focus where the rifts open and enchants/hypnotizes some of the creatures that are pulled through (some of the things summoned include Kree, Djinn, Talokanil, Demons, Hive, Asgardian Wolves, and Aarkus)
• Finally Claire manages to pull through Thor and once he’s enchanted he’s used to wreak havoc on battlefields, eventually coming into contact with Captain America and overwhelming him, forcing him to retreat. This leads to the SSR deciding to bring together other people like Cap they’ve been keeping tabs on/contact with
• Team includes Captain America, Bucky, Peggy Carter as Union Jack, Dottie Underwood as Black Widow, Moon Knight of the era, Elliot Randolph (bribed with beer), Blazing Skull (Mark Todd possessed by the Spirit of Vengeance), and Human Torch (Phineas Horton’s Synthetic Man retrofitted for combat by Howard Stark)
• Azzuri and Namor realizing the threat Hydra poses with Thor at their control also join their team.
• The team storms the Hydra Base with one group confronting Thor and another trying to destroy the machine. Second group is intercepted by Claire Voyant and Hydra Goons with the displaced prisoners being freed and joining the fight against them (Aarkus in particular helping in the fight against Thor) and here it’s revealed that Claire Voyant is Loki in disguise.
• When the machine is destroyed the base begins falling apart and when Loki is defeated his enchantment on Thor wears off. After escaping, Thor thanks the Invaders for their help and tells them to call for Heimdall if they ever need him to return the favor. He returns to Asgard with Loki and some of the Invaders return to their nations/business and others stay together to win the war
