What if Quicksilver lived?

Maybe include a team up with Makkari. My first idea was that we would get to see events play out with Quicksilver alive (Crossbones vs. Quicksilver in Civil War and Quicksilver vs Thanos in Infinity War). My second idea was that he could actually be abducted by the Runner for the Galactic Marathon.

What if Spider-Man didn't go to Doctor Strange?

Basically what everyone originally thought Spider-Man 3 was going to be: Spider-Man with bounty hunters after him including Kraven the Hunter. For this one, I would either have Kraven or Chance be the main villain. I would also include a lot of minor Spider-Man villains that would chase him and he could fight off.

What if ...Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special

Mantis and Drax would kidnap the wrong person. My main ideas were along the lines of Nightmare Before Christmas, so it would include Moon Knight and/or the Werewolf.

What if...Something to do with Tibius Lark

I haven't come up with a story to include him.

What if the villains were the good guys?

Iron Monger would kill Iron Man then he would be taken out by Whiplash, who came to reclaim the arc reactor tech and basically become a tech billionaire.

Vulture would also help expose Stark Industries for selling weapons to terrorists.

Darren Cross would use Pym Particles to help the world. This would basically be the deleted scene from "Ant-Man."

Kaecilius exposed the Ancient One without turning to Dormammu.

Crossbones could be the Hawkeye/Black Widow SHIELD agent member. He could still be a HYDRA agent.

Maya Hansen could have extremis powers.

Abomination who basically has the same motives as revealed in She-Hulk.

I don't really have a villain in mind. Maybe the Ten-Rings and they could include the Mandarin's armored car from the Iron Man 3 Lego set.

What if Maya Hansen was the villain?

Just because of the weird reason Marvel decided not to have her as the villain of Iron Man 3.

1. What If Michelle Jones was bitten by the radioactive spider?

• Self-explanatory scenario, but I don’t actually know what all it would entail considering how little details we actually know about Peter’ getting powers. A few ideas for this would be Peter being MJ’s “Guy in the chair” and developing web fluid/shooters for her, still being recruited by Tony in Civil War but trying to distance herself afterwards bc I don’t see her fully agreeing with the Sokovia Accords or fangirling over him, and possibly Vulture’s plan going smoothly bc she wouldn’t realize that he’s Liz’s dad. Doesn’t sound like an interesting episode tho, but I do like the idea of Homecoming’s equivalent having an entirely different plot/villain (Scorpion or the Watchdogs)

2. What If Valkyrie became the God Butcher?

• After her sisters are slaughtered by a god, as a result of blindly going into battle at the behest of a god who knew they stood no chance, she’s chosen by the Necrosword and uses it to kill Hela. She swears vengeance on all gods and I’d imagine we get the Omnipotence City squad-wipe slaughter we should’ve gotten in LaT. Odin ends up being the one to defeat her by sealing her and binding it to his life force (to keep her from shadow-porting out of Niflheim). This universe’s equivalent to Ragnarok will have Valkyrie as the villain

3. What If Ghost Rider entered Westview?

• Similar to how the Rider had beef with AIDA for using the Darkhold he senses its use in Westview and makes his way there. Considering how the Spirit of Vengeance generally powers through most things he’s able to brute force the car through the Hex (the car briefly switches through different Hellfire-amped vehicles of the Sitcom eras before returning to normal once getting through). Big reason for this idea is I’m a sucker for the thought of Ghost Rider burning a witch. This idea just as easily could’ve applied to Wanda in MoM but I don’t think it’d end well for Robbie so I stuck to letting him body Agatha, maybe it ends with Robbie setting his sights on Wanda in the Hex for what she’s done

4. What If Killmonger took Extremis?/was Khonshu’s Avatar?

• In a similar vein as Killmonger saving Tony Stark I had the idea of him receiving stabilized Extremis and rather than helping Aldrich Killian with his vendetta he uses it in his campaign against Wakanda. This mostly stems from Extremis being used on veterans and as a spin on the typical Iron Man vs Cap matchup (Extremis serving as the Iron Man equivalent and the Heart-Shaped Herb as the Super Soldier), he physically overwhelms T’Challa + regenerates from claws + the added heat but he has no real way of dealing with the Panther Habit’s durability. I just think it’s a cool idea

• On the same note Killmonger becoming Khonshu’s Avatar (within the period between Harrow and Specter) on a mission in Egypt. Khonshu senses great vengeance in Killmonger’s heart and takes him on as his avatar. This idea is 100% for the sake of having 2 Ennead Avatars/Champions fight each other (Bast vs Khonshu)

5. What If Bruce Banner became a Super Soldier?

• Rather than being beamed with an ungodly amount of Gamma Radiation and becoming the Hulk, he test just the right amount for the perfect result. Bruce becomes a Doc Samson type figure joining SHIELD, rather than a Ross-shill. He ditches Ross once Banner realizes what he was doing was actually part of a Super Soldier program rather than treatment for radiation poisoning. Maybe Ross tries continuing the Bio-Tech Enhancement program with Samuel Sterns and turns himself into Abomination/Red Hulk in his desperation for results. Doc Banner is naturally a shoe-in for the Avengers Initiative.

6. What If Daredevil was an Agent of SHIELD?

• Based on the What If comic of the same name, I’d imagine rather than being taken under Stick’s wing he’s noticed and picked up by SHIELD (maybe Victoria Hand) and gets training to control his Super Senses. He ends up having a relationship with Black Widow similar to Hawkeye, and probably further than that tbh.

7. What If the Avengers formed in 1602 (but for real)?

• Morgan Le Fay escapes the Dark Dimension earlier and seeks to have the realm consume Earth, to do this she needs the Tesseract and a Citadel of Vibranium to focus the power needed to create a big enough rift. The lineup would include: the Ancient One, Black Knight of the era (the original Black Knight fought Morgan generations ago), Xu Wenwu, Moon Knight of the era, Namor, Queen Yemandi (Queen of Wakanda), one of the Eternals (likely Ikaris), and Thor

8. What If Shang-Chi became Ant-Man? (alternatively What If Quake became an Avenger?)

• Shang-Chi would’ve left for San Francisco by 2015 around the time of Ant-Man. In this scenario he tries stealing from Hank Pym out of desperation and instead Hank takes the Teenage Shaun under his wing and he eventually becomes Ant-Man (he’d require less training than Scott considering he’s a better fighter than even Hope).

• If the timeline doesn’t line up or you don’t think Hank would indoctrinate children my other idea is Quake joining the Avengers between the events of Season 2 and 3. She’d be part of the mission from the Ultimo comic, the Avengers help rescue Simmons and manage to stop Hive earlier (possibly fighting a mind-controlled Daisy in the process), and she sides with Cap during Civil War.

9. What if Cloak and Dagger helped Spider-Man?

• I’ll preface by saying that I don’t really like the idea of NWH’s events having branches and feel that its events should be unique to 616/199999 (I feel the same way about the Collider Crisis in ITSV) so I typically try finding ways around this personal principle. Before Peter thinks of going to Strange to make everyone forget a rift briefly opens and variants of Raimi Venom, TASM Green Goblin, MCU Shocker (based on the Herman Schultz toy) and MCU Vulture appear. This rift operates similarly to the one that sent Adrian Toomes to the Sonyverse (I headcanon that similar to the ITSV Collider sending random villains to random universes Strange’s spell did the same). Similar to how Tyrone sensed Nico’s attempts to find Alex in the Sacred Timeline, he senses a crazy otherworldly presence and its connection to Spider-Man, who they know is Peter Parker. Haven’t thought of all the details of how this version of NWH would play out but the villains would be successfully sent back by Strange without May dying, likely thanks to Cloak teleporting her away from danger.

10. What if Spider-Man fought the Harpy?

• Based on the Christmas episode coining the idea of Stark having some of Bruce’s blood. Vulture targets a different plane containing stuff from Avengers Tower and as a result of the crash he ends up getting exposed to Hulk’s blood. The stress from the crash and heist being ruined transforms him into the Harpy (if there can be a male Banshee there can be a male harpy). Peter barely avoids getting murdered and manages to stall just long enough for Iron Man to begin stepping in. Iron Man deploys the Iron Spider to give Peter an edge and to get him in something better than his pajamas. K.A.R.E.N. recommends using insta-kill as Spidey is already outmatched and it wouldn’t kill Adrian in the process. While Iron Spider is fending off Harpy as best he can, Iron Man deploys the Hulkbuster Mark 2 from the wreckage and uses it to subdue Harpy. Adrian is sent to Vault like Abomination and the rest of Homecoming plays out as normal.

What if Hulk fought Tiamut?

In behind the scenes footage, on the Sakaar set, there were posters that seemed to be promoting a fight between the Hulk and Tiamut (his original comic design). So what if Tiamut was inside Sakaar. Hulk would team up with the other Champions of Sakaar: Man-Thing, Ares, Beta Ray Bill, Dark Crawler, and Bi Beast.

What if Odin had the real Infinity Gauntlet?

What if Darryl Jacobson was worthy?

What if Fury recruited the Defenders?

What if SHIELD detected the High Evolutionary?

What if Adam Warlock wasn't born premature?

Those two are actually genius. Some people were mad that Sam got the shield and not Bucky (Which I understand but at the same time, that's exactly what happened in the comics). Maybe we could have this version of Bucky be a recurring MCU character. But he eventually passes the shield down to Main Bucky to live a normal life.

I do feel like Secret Invasion had a lot of wasted potential. This could be a good way to make up for that.
