If I had a nickel for every episode that feature the Winter Soldier and Bill Foster in a period before the events of the first Iron Man, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but its weird that it happened twice.

Also, I appreciate how What If...? has made it so that the Russians are more linked to the Winter Soldier in at least 2 episodes, and with this one that would make it a trifecta.

I would like to add that in the What If season2 intro, there’s a shard with Red Guardian in costume running. I assume this is what the episode is about.
