It's Real. This was for a episode that is being move to Season 3 with another episode similar to how that Gamora and Tony Episode was move from Season 1 to Season 2 due to time restraints.

Heavy Spoilers is a channel that never lies and can be rely on to tell the truth unlike that one channel that everyone thinking of. Alexei hasn't been seen once in any of the episodes and won't be on the next episode either. The only time he was even mention was the 80's episode. It's real lol.
