I understand that a lot of people are big fans of Spider-Man. He’s always been the most popular Marvel character from comics, animation, film, etc.

When it comes to the movie Avengers: Endgame, he doesn’t really have as much influence over the whole plot moving forward. He gives nice character development material for Stark, but not story.

The writers and directors have explicitly said that this was the only future Doctor Strange saw where the rat freed Lang. The rat is officially the true hero, not Parker.

If the rat didn’t walk across the control panel then Scott would still have been stuck in the Quantum Realm

Spider-Man was dusted for a majority of the movie, he is a hero but not the true hero

Next would be Iron Man since he saved the world from Thanos

The true hero was the rat who gave birth to the rat who freed Scott. If she died prematurely…

True but if the rat didn’t get to the Quantum tunnel and activate the machine, Peter wouldn’t have been able to help Tony stabilize time.

Tony wouldn’t have known about anything if Scott didn’t get out of the Quantum Realm

What you say is true but it’s not the main factor the made Endgame possible

Tony only found it because he was hesitant at first about the whole time travel plan the others had

If the other Avengers didn’t come to Tony about the whole time travel plan this would mean Tony wouldn’t have found a way to stabilize time itself

Plus the only reason why Steve, Scott and Natasha came to Tony because Scott had an idea about the time travel when he was in the Quantum realm

And the only way Scott was able to get out of the Quantum realm because the rat ran over the control plan that released him

No one else was around since it was in lock up. so basically everything else that leads up to Tony figuring out how to stabilize time was because of the rat

Everything else factor in because of that one thing that happened

Tony would have figure out time travel with or without Scott Eventually and someone would have eventually let Scott out of the Quantum Realm.
