Steve Rogers' villains are always in some way connected to HYDRA but he still has one specific archenemy, Red Skull. Carol Danvers is a similar case, both her villains are part of the Kree Empire but who would you consider her Red Skull?
Yon-Rogg probably did the most direct damage to her life as he was responsible to brainwashing her and stealing six years of her life but he never saw her as anything more than an inconvenience who he had to keep an eye on because he knew he was not capable of actually fighting her.
Dar-Benn is the opposite, she despises Carol and intentionally makes an effort to target people she cares about as revenge for her destroying Hala even to the point of lying to the Marvels about surrendering and threatening to kill Ms. Marvel just to make Carol feel bad. On the other hand, Carol doesn't seem to harbour any hatred for her as she would have done the same for Earth.
Supreme Intelligence is technically the one responsible for everything in Carol's life after getting her powers but it is a literal computer program so it can't have much screen time in either film. The way I see it, Yon-Rogg is Carol Danvers' nemesis and Dar-Benn is Captain Marvel's nemesis
