Why did Miguel O'Hara call the MCU "Earth-199999" and not "Earth-616" in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, when refering to the MCU Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Stephen Strange/Doctor Strange then? I never understood that.

And as I said before, there are multiple Earth-1's, Earth-2s, Earth-3s, and Earth-Primes in the DC Universe. It's just so happen that 616 is the Marvel version of Earth-1/Earth-Prime. People didn't complain about when they are Multiple TVAs Around in the Omniverse. Inside the MCU Multiverse it is called 616 while outside the MCU mulltiverse on the other universes like the 616 comics and Sony's Spider-Verse it is called 19999.

There are multiple TVAS inside the Marvel OmniVerse Not just counting the 616 comics or the MCU TVA either with different rules and different bosses as in the comics Multiverse the Time-Keepers are in fact real unlike the MCU time Keepers and He Who Remains ain't a Kang. Does that "Decanonoized" Loki or does having a female Taskmaster "Decanoized" Black Widow or the fact that Nick Fury Sr. is Black in the MCU and not white unlike his 616 comics counterpart.

Also, before you mention it because I know you will No Way Home is fully set in the MCU Universe which his peter and Strange would call it 616. They didn't mention the any Universes Numbers once in NWH.

Just treated 616 as the Earth-Prime of Marvel and you will be fine.
