Thor 1: Odin says Mjolnir was forged in the heart of a dying star and its power has no equal. Selvig's book says the creation of Mjolnir caused a star to explode and almost take Earth with it. In real life, NASA says a dying star that explodes is actually a large star that went supernova. Jane says Asgard has different stars in the sky than the stars in Earth's sky, hence Asgard is light years away from Earth. Jane also defines the Bifrost as an Einstein-Rosen Bridge, which in real life NASA says - requires a black hole and the power of many suns. When Loki unleashes the full power of the Bifrost, its radiant energy causes a physical - storm - on Earth, even though the Bifrost is light years away. In real life, NASA says black hole-induced gamma ray bursts and stars going supernova produce energy detectable from that distance. The Bifrost also produces a literal black hole in space shown onscreen at the climax. Director Kenneth Branagh states on the Disney Plus extras to the movie that Mjolnir has the power of a galactic nuclear explosion, which real-life physicists define as colliding black holes that reshape galaxies. On the directors' commentary to the movie, Branagh also says that at the climax the destruction of part or all of the universe was possible.
Thor 2: Thor overpowers the transmutation of the Reality Stone as Aether to stop Malekith from destroying the universe. Jane says Malekith had eight minutes to do it. The universe has at least 100 billion galaxies. So one second of Malekith's output surpassed 200 million galaxies. This is how much energy Thor overpowered. Odin and Selvig both confirmed Malekith could have acted on a universal scale. The movie shows the Aether had to make physical contact to transmute matter. The movie shows the Aether physically moving Thor, hurting him, and shredding Thor’s armor. So this feat definitely was physical for Thor.
Thor 3: Thor tanks Hela choking his throat a minute after she casually one-hand crushed Mjolnir, which itself tanked the above feats. Then Thor tanks MFTL Bifrost shards crashing into his unprotected head and arms. Then Thor gets hurled past millions of stars in seconds, at speed, as shown onscreen and stated in the Disney Plus audio description, with no protection on his face and bare arms. This is the - equivalent - of an infinite mass punch. Thor remains conscious and unhurt. Then Thor knocks out Hela with his lightning in two different instances, one of which shatters the Rainbow Bridge - which itself has the power to contain the Bifrost, and which previously took Thor 10 hammer strikes to break. KOing Hela here is multi-galactic by scaling.
Infinity War: Thor survives Thanos using the Power Stone to explode a ship that previously tanked the destructive - singularity of a collapsing neutron star inside an Einstein-Rosen Bridge. Thor then hurls Rocket's pod to move the rings of Nidavellir and reignite its neutron star, as confirmed by the Marvel Press book Infinity War Destiny Arrives which states that it's a “once-dead star”; the official MCU Tie-In comic book that states the forge is the glowing - sphere itself; Thor's onscreen statement that "Nidavellir's forge harnesses the blazing power of a neutron star" and that "The star's gone out"; Rocket's statement that "the scientifics here" should make moving the rings impossible; Eitri's statement "Well done, boy" congratulating Thor that he was able to "awaken the heart of a dying star"; and the onscreen visual of the star beginning to glow as the rings move. Then Thor takes what Eitri defines as "the full force of a star" by surviving its energy beam. Real - life - science - defines - neutron - stars as at least 182 times hotter than our sun and gravity at least 35 billion times our sun. Then Thor overpowers the energy beam of the full Infinity Gauntlet to impale all-six-Stones - empowered - Thanos and could have killed him had Thor gone for the head, as confirmed by Thanos' onscreen statement, the Disney Plus directors' commentary, and the official MCU Timeline Book. The Stones physically amp users' bodies, as shown onscreen by Ronan via the Power Stone, Malekith via the Reality Stone, Wanda via the Mind Stone, and Captain Marvel via the Space Stone. The full IG is multiversal, as shown by Malekith almost destroying the universe with the Reality Stone, Doctor Strange trapping multiversal Dormammu with the Time Stone, and Endgame Thanos almost destroying the universe and making a completely new universe.
Thor 4: Thor grabs Zeus' Thunderbolt mid-attack to hurl it back and one-shot KO Zeus, whose casual flick earlier destroyed Thor's armor, which itself previously stayed on Thor's body throughout the above multi-solar, multi-galactic, and infinite mass punch attacks on the armor. Thor then fights equally against Gorr, as Gorr moves - hundreds of stars in the Shadow Realm, to create shadows, monsters, and tendrils in many locations. Multiple scenes show the stars around the moon in the Shadow Realm begin unmoving, then move slowly, then move quickly, then change direction in tandem with Gorr's actions such as when he stabs Valkyrie. Then Gorr moves the Shadow Realm, including its celestial bodies, to the center of the universe at the Gate of Eternity, as confirmed by the Disney Plus audio description. Then Jane destroys Gorr's Necrosword, which can kill gods, which includes Celestials, Celestials which create stars. All of this is confirmed by the MCU Timeline Book, statements and onscreen visuals in GotG 2, Eternals, and the presence of two Celestials in Omnipotence City, which Zeus says is "a secret place known only to the gods." Then Thor saves the life of Eternity, the temporal embodiment of the universe, which would have died along with the universe in Gorr's wish to kill all the gods. This is confirmed by the book "The Art of the Guardians of the Galaxy"; Valkyrie's statement that "Eternity is a very powerful being at the center of the universe"; Thor's statement "the Altar of Eternity" because altars are for worshipping gods; and Korg's statement that "her sacrifice saved the universe" -- meaning Jane, whom Thor empowered and otherwise is a cancer stricken human woman with no combat skills, so all her feats are Thor's.
