@Mdsb759 You cannot take any of HWR words seriously because who he is which is Nate Richards cause of his actions in season 2. Everything he said in Season 1 could have easily been a lie just like The TVA telling of multiverse War and the "Sacred Timeline" are lies. He only want himself to take over the TVA not Exiled Kang, not Immortus, not Rama-Tut, Not Scarlet Centurion, Not the rest of the other Kangs Variants, Not even Victor Timely but only He Who Remains to be in control of everything, Loki S1 was based on a huge lie ever since the very start of the Show in episode 1 with The Time Keepers as we know that the Time Keepers never exist in the first place.
there seems to be one truth from He Who Remains; the history of him and the former variants.
Even Then he's lying as he was saying he was the only good one when Victor Timely and this season clearly proves him wrong lol.
His Version of the history could be consider as unreliable because of who it's coming from.
Question: Why did Past Mobius spaghettify after Loki shook his hand? There was no reason for that to happen, as the Temporal Loom hadn't yet been overloaded, imploded, and exploded.
I thought maybe that was our perspective of Loki time slipping
So every time he timeslips, he murders his friends?
No I mean it looks like that but hes actually time slipping so it distorts his vision
about spaghettification of Mobius; like I speculated earlier in this thread, that might be one of the new powers.

So wait Loki killed him why?
shortly before that "kill", there was a different conversation.
