No, those shows were never called Marvel Knights.

There were two Marvel films, not MCU though, that used “Marvel Knights” banner. Those were Punisher: War Zone and Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance.

Some might think Netflix shows were that, but I never heard them referred that way.

@Superbattleshipyamato A.O.S, Agent Carter, Inhumans, and the Freeform shows are in a separate branch from the Defender Saga just Call "Marvel Television". The Only Marvel Knights That I Know off are from the Comics.

No. Just no. The whole point of that special was that it was in black and white! I don't understand this decision at all, unless it's "We have no new content coming because of the strikes and we're panicking."

I like to say it’s a “behind the scenes look”. It reminds me of how in the Wandavision documentary you could see them shooting the first two episodes, and it’s in full color (very surprising that the dress in the first episode is green). I see it as just that.

Except this will not a “behind the scenes” look or a documentary. It will be the same special show in full color.

My point was that I liked seeing the black and white Wandavision scenes in color in that documentary and they’ll be giving more of that here.

It’s especially good because there wasn’t that much of it in Director by Night due to its more unique style (dang, now that I think about it, even the behind the scenes is unique compared to other MCU projects).

Why ReRelease it in colour
